Default Any of you sapiens looking foward to this?

Its a pretty awesome looking MMO, I'm going on a limb and saying all out that it has a lot of potential. This might just be what all us RPG fans have been looking for in an MMO, that single player experience in liking to Oblivion.

Nice graphics, nice music.

Though, it's PvP based? Can't play it then.

(I suck at PvP, and, from what I've read on these forums, if you can't PvP straight off the bat you shouldn't be there. Ah well)

I bet it'll play just like every other MMO does. Looks shiny though.

It's mainly for PvP'ers so i'm not touching it, looks nice though.

Edit: they don't really show anything "new" just good graphics and a lot of Diablo based stuff.

By the way the features sound, it might be promising enough not to.

Another game that has been in the pipeline for years. You'll need a Crysis capable computer to play that.

AoC recommends a 8xxx series gfx card.

I don't trust trailers lol. You can make a crappy game look good with a trailer lol.

This made me cry on the inside, this game looks so awesome but would cause my computer to spew random liquids if anything like Crysis.

8600GTs are insanely cheap. You can build a high end PC that can run any game at High Settings (including Crysis on Med/High) for very cheap. I bet I could make a killing selling Guru people the 600 dollar TOWER OF POWER I can build.

Case in point:

I want a psychological thriller mmorpg. I think it would be neat.
With investigations and tracking down bad guys and checking out creepy locales filled with lowlifes and riots.
Like CSI meets Psycho meets State of Emergency.

That 8800GT kicks the crap out of that 9600. I mean, the 9600 has a faster core clock, but only because it's superclocked, can do that with the 8800 and wham.

Also I've built just the machine you mention, Rahja. It's high end enough to get 60 FPS + in almost every game except Crysis.

But yeah the 8600 is awesome, for that price you can't beat it, I have one in my other machine.

Anyway though, I think all MMO's being released are just boring for some reason.. not to say that I won't give them a shot, don't want to doomsday it before I try it. Still though, Guild Wars has been the most captivating - yet even it bores me.

LOL, I know it does silly. Check my job title. Umm, but the 9600 is cheaper, and uses less power. It's more suited to an HTPC.

Hehe, well in my spare time I study Hardware and stuff, I mean why own a computer and know nothing about it?

But yeah, I spent like 300$ish (minus my new case) for the crap I have, Athlon 6000+, crappy average mobo (didn't matter that much) 8600GT and 2 GB of RAM, though now this computer has an 8800GTS, but yeah it doesn't take much cash to get a decent computer.

Well the game looks great... But then so did Fury: F for FAIL. Vanguard: Saga of Suck. Archlord(It's Lineage2! NOW with 100% more fail!). And Dungeons and Dragons online (I'm not going to make fun of this one, I actually thought it was pretty good).

Also keep in mind that just because it's shiny, doesn't mean it's going to require a super computer, there are a lot of variables. Guild Wars looks miles better than many other MMOs, and I can run it with EVERYTHING turned up, and get a constant 60 FPS, but other games like WoW and L2 bog down my computer pretty easily even on medium-low settings.
